Edee AhYat and her assistant Heidi were absolutely key to our home buying process--I couldn't possibly praise or recommend them highly enough! Our situation (four buyers) is not the most traditional, and we had a lot of limitations and requirements to work around, but that did not limit the way she interacted with or supported us at all. From my first conversation with Edee (and over the course of several more throughout our search, offers, and closing process), it was so obvious that she was genuinely kind, caring, and committed to helping us succeed. Even when there was a deal that, had it worked, would have meant we would need to use another lender--she was trying to make it happen for us and supporting us in big ways, every step of the way. Edee is a wonderful teacher; she welcomed my questions, and answered them thoroughly each time. Edee and Heidi were always prompt in their responses, and very communicative. I truly could not imagine having gone through the home-buying process with anyone else as our financial broker, especially since we were buying a home for the first time.
